*Only because....<BIG 'for the boy's grin)

Let's not care who is boss or big shot!

First form patrols, then have the patrols nominate a
sr. guide..

*I for Sr.Guide useing pre-planned materials or
web sight address to lead the meeting as he and his "staff"
od patrol leaders work to plan the meeting "backchannel" as
a GOLD BAR MEETING.. and then present it to the Cyberoutpost
ala *NTC and the "perfect meeting"

*What if we ALL remained "Commander Rank" as we are in
real life ...and in the *adventure/game acted as a Ranger
in a patrol.. ala *NTC?

(*If we become bogged down with title's or "adult thinking"
we lose the spark to develop a plan to empower the boys
to leadership.. your comment about "experiance" is well
noted!)

*avoid the landmine! Go around it!
We all want to play... *even me<G>
