In RR we applaud achievement, but how do we judge the
process of each Ranger in *achieveing the advancement?

*Consider the following if we awarded GRADES!

*A or A+
========
Your Commander is very happy with your performance!

You were not only impeccable in the thoroughness with
which you tackled the project, but you demonstrated insight
and originality beyond expectation!

You are headed for a BIG promotion!

*B or B+
========

Your Commander is pleased with your work, it was correct,
thorough, and clear. It is exactly what was asked for *No
more- *No less. Based on the quality of work here, you may
expect to be promoted.

*C or C+
========

Your Commander is not entirely pleased with your work!
You will retain your position, but promotion is un-likely.

While you did the minumum required, several important elements
were left out or avoided. You presentation caused concern that
you are confused or sloppy in your work. Perhaps, you did not
prepare for advancement or it is not a priority with you.

Your Commander hopes you will take greater care to improve
in the future, and expects marked improvement as you self
correct these faults.

*D or D+
========

Your Commander is displeased with your work.

It misses the mark, and shows you are sloppy and do not
care what you bring to Royal Rangers. Vital elements are
missing in word and deed, and some of your attitude is not
supported or welcome in this Outpost! *Untill such time you
decide to join the Outpost you are on *Warning...and further
failure will result in dicipline and meetings with your
parents!

*F!

*Pack your bags son.. I love you, God loves you.. but go away!
