Hey there brother A#1,
This is a first for me, but I find myself humbly disagreeing with you on
this one.
We're not in this to pass or fail boys, we're in this to see them through to
salvation and give them the tools they need to live by God's standards.
The program is the method... the means to an end.
Some kids just don't get it, and never will... yet they keep coming back ...
and I dare say, it's NOT because of my 27 years in Rangers or my *good*
looks...hehe ... I'm finding that the "way it has been done" for my 27 years
in Rangers is not necessarily working anymore... it's time for a change of
heart and direction for all of us. Some things come and go... Jesus remains
the SAME.... Rangers isn't Jesus, it's a means to point kids to Jesus.
The very LAST thing I want to do is bid them farewell and send them out into
the world until they are ready to join my club.
