That is a hard one to answer. I believe God calls each one of us at
different levels of commitment. Some work Rangers like a part time job.
Some run it as a full time job. Others it is a once a week thing and
still
others it is a once a month or a couple times a year involvement.

I will say for myself. I work everyday on something for Rangers.

As a matter of importance. Each of these could be debated but this order
is what I have been taught and works well for me. I will admit at times
I have to focus in and each one of these and give them a special boost or
a little more attention. I try to be very sensitive to my wife.
Sometimes I have to stop what I am doing and turn towards my wife and
show her by my actions and words that she is very very important to me.
Just saying it doesn't do the trick in my case. Sometimes it takes a
total time of letting her know she is the best thing God has ever given
me along side my salvation.

1. God
2. Wife
3. Family
4. Job
5 Ministry
6. Self

My wife and I divorced 14 years ago. Through the grace of God he saved
my soul and restored my family. I sometimes have to think of that time
and it reminds me to take good care of the ones I love.

It takes a balance that only you will learn through life. Don't' forget
this list of importance. When in doubt check this list.

Last year I spent over 600 hours working with Rangers on outings other
than Wed. nights. We had over 32 outings. I also took a 2 week family
vacation across the country. Sometimes the best thing is to stay home
and rest but not on family vacation time!!!! GRIN.
