Oh, this is pretty fun! I am glad that the Episcopals are suing your church, and you should be, too.  Why? Because Jesus said you are blessed because of this! Also, they are showing thier true colors and revealing thier works for what they are-which is contrary to the Word of God, because the Word says to not sue another christian. these guys are in direct disobedience to God's Word, and there is no excuse for that, no matter what you guys have done.
