Spirit Rider, You do have better things to do then mess with him. Pray for him and let him know you are praying for him. Turn your burden over to Jesus, He can handle it better than we can. Lord, You and only you know our brothers heart and the burden he is feeling. Take this burden from his heart and guide him in hi actions so the other persons involve only see you and Your Love. Touch this teens heart and let him know he is loved no matter what his actions are. You have paid his debt as you have paid ours. Thank you Lord for hearing your child's prayer and for you answer. That really gets 'em.  Just go out of your way to be nice to him. Treat him like he is your best friend.
