Absolutely, I make more money and Bush and the Republican Congress eliminated the marriage penalty and increased the child credit so I pay less taxes too. Money's not everything though and the government can't control everything such as terrorist attacks, etc. But the real reason I am doing better off than I was in 2000, is due to God's grace and his blessings.
