[RR] KHAKI Blazer

The section bought out a local outpost's Ranger & Missionette materials.  Amongst the stash is a Khaki Blazer, complete with leather buttons & epaulettes.  It has a So Cal District Strip & the old Green "99" Staff patch, but no District Staff Patch.  On the left sleeve it has a single blue stripe, possibly the fore runner of the blue service stars.    Also I found a pair of nice Khaki slacks with some fancy stitching at the corners of the pockets.  Since they are labeled Dry Clean only, I figure they go with the blazer.   I've been around RR for a long time, but this is the first I have seen of a Khaki Blazer, other than possible drawings.  I figure it is the predecessor of the Blue Blazer, can anyone shed some light on the history of this?   Jim Hufferd
