I don't understand why people want to monetize all motives, especially the motives of people we disagree with...(Everyone else is motivated by money, but not ME and MY friends!) If you disagree with somebody, just figure out how he might make a buck and say that was his driving motive. Stalin murdered millions of people based on an economic rational of how the world worked. We are up against principalities and powers, not some dude grabbing at money and oil to satisfy his fleshly desires.
