Here here, I concur....  I used them for the first couple of months I was on line, only to find that the "Local" numbers were a toll call.  At that time Concentric.net, (Now a division of XO Communications), was the only one offering dial up in my local area with no toll calls, so I have stayed with them.  They offer web-based as well as downloading to your desk top program and have now expanded to many international areas as well as toll free across the US.
 
Unfortunately, we live just far enough outside the DSL area that it's not available by anyone at any price.  So consider me to be pre-historic if you wish.  When we first moved in about 20 years ago there were no private lines available in the area, but a few years later everyone received their own.  I expect that it will happen with DSL too eventually.
