It cost me $40 US greenbacks to fill my trooper with 17 gal's of regular.. @ $2.39 per in Vancouver Wash'nton..
Yur 30ltr Volvo must be a 12 gal tank so as to translate the USA price of Gas to about $3.75 per.. or as we say.. *Rocky Mountian price'n!!
