I believe that the Supertones will be missed in CCM, there needs to be more
stand-up groups like them. There ministry has touched many during the time
of it's existence. Additionally, Petra has also signed off and their
ministry has also touched many in it's 33 year existence. As a Professional
Christian Disk Jockey, I can honestly say that though we will miss future
performances by these groups, the Lord has other things planned for these
band members and it is my prayer that though they may not be together as a
group anymore that they will live in our hearts and minds. We remember them
by playing their music and honoring what their music was about. It was all
about God.

For those of you who are 'tones fans, their last concert Rocked!!!! OCT
7. Friday...6 hour road trip from San Jose to Orange County. Opened with
John David, then reunion of Bleach, THEN a 2 1/2 hour set by the
Supertones!!!! As always, ended with Worship. Bittersweet but I'm glad I
went to the Last One.
My son, Eli, finally got to meet them and get Autographs. He is a Huge
