Overall Purpose:
To develop, implement, monitor and maintain service programs and service solutions designed to meet the requirements of a specific Global Account Customer, thus streamlining DHL�s response to Request for Quotation and supporting the business development of these customers..
To develop and implement service performance reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility of DHL�s performance against the commitment made to the customer.
Requirements :
1. Minimum S1 graduate, preferably in Economics or Business or a commercially oriented subject.
2. Must have previous experience gained with DHL, minimum 1 year in the Operations/Services environment, with good knowledge of DHL network, and import-export regulations.
3. Able to manage and develop relationships and negotiate at all levels of management in a customer organisation and within DHL.
4. Excellent understanding of Supply Chain Management, including logistics practices, JIT, inventory control systems, ordering systems, information technology etc.
5. Must be good in analytical skills.
6. Able to maintain performance under pressure and able to respond to deadlines and urgent situations.
7. Strong English (written and spoken).
8. Computer literate (MS Office, Netscape Mail) with a comprehensive knowledge of DHL systems.
