Please help a new Maven user trying to build rave-portal:
Could not calculate build plan: The repository system is offline but the artifact com.github.searls:jasmine-maven-plugin:pom:1.0.2-beta-2 is not available in the local repository.
Commenting out the jasmin section of pom.xml allows me to proceed, but what do I need to do to make it work properly?
