A bit more fine-grained, we need both NOTICE attributions as well as all other
used licenses added (appended) to the LICENSE file.
For the war projects (shindig/portal) these should be added to the
src/main/appended-resources NOTICE and LICENSE files.
In addition, for the demo distributions we need to add the combined/merged set
of additional NOTICEs and LICENSEs of both war projects under
rave-portal/src/main/dist. Because of the combined/merged result of this,
automating this part is not realistic and needs to be done manually.
