As a designer, I want to ensure that certain parts of the Person Profile page
are non-configurable, so that end users have a common UX
when viewing certain parts of the Person Profile page
Suggestion: The solution developed for this story should be generic enough so
that we can lock-in widgets or remove widget chrome on any page, not just the
Person Profile
