I've reviewed the this latest release candidate and I'm +1 on the release, but
with one needed change on the binary release NOTICE.
AFAIK it is allowed to do (only) such minor textual update of a release
candidate with are are only informational, e.g. on release notes or N&L file(s),
without having to go through a full new release cycle.
So, under the condition the below proposed change is made, before starting a
vote on IPMC, I'm going to vote +1 on this candidate. I also don't see the need
to do this change now already, during the current PPMC vote.
The one missing bit I found concerns required NOTICE on bundling Derby, which is
embedded within the wookie.war. The below section I copied from the NOTICE
inside derby-10.4.2.0.jar:

Another minor issue is that the CHANGELOG somehow misses a reference to
RAVE-484: Deploy Wookie WAR along with Rave Portal. But that is no show stopper.
