How did you add your blurb? Did you do it as another attachment? If the original message was left intact as an attachment and your message was also an attachment then each attachment would have been hashed individually with razor2. At least that is the way I understand it from reading the docs as I have yet to convert to razor2 myself although I should because it is good stuff. In the event that the original attachment was hashed by itself separately from your blurb that you attached (guessing that is true) then if the any part shows up in razor then the message is tagged.
