Adding things like Razor to SendMail is usually done through a Milter.

I have seen and used milters for both Razor and SpamAssassin (which is often
used to call Razor). The Razor milter is called smrazor and is usually at
http://www.sapros.com/smrazor/.

The SpamAssassin milter we used here has more info at
http://au.spamassassin.org/sitewide.html

(We've since switched to using SpamAssassin and Razor through MailScanner
http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailscanner/ (no affiliation) and we're very
happy with the whole mess. Now if I could just wean them off the Exchange
server that sendmail is fronting for... ;-)
