IMHO, the obvious thing to do, and in fact the only thing you *can do* (well, not exactly but...) is to revoke the message.
Assuming this is an isolated incident that is. If it happens for every message sent to the list, then you will need to re-examine what/why people think mail sent to your list is spam. Is it because they never asked to be on the list (In your case, no) Is it because they can't get off the list (??) Is it because they don't know how to get off the list (??) Is it because they can't be bothered getting off the list (??) Are they just being malicious because they don't like you (??) etc... These are just a few to help you get started.... If the answer to any of these is yes then some user education may be in order... or some checking of your mailing list. The absolutely ideal way to 'clean' a list of idiots is to simply send out an email along the lines of: This list is being moved to a new address, to continue being a part of this list, please re-subscribe to [EMAIL PROTECTED] If you do not re-subscribe, you will no longer be a part of this mailing list and will no longer receive xyz newsletter/whatever... END This should clean out any old addresses that some admin thought was un-used and should be piped to razor-report, as well as the idiots who don't want to be on the list but can't be bothered unsubscribing etc... BTW, not all of this is aimed at you Steven, but you never know, one day someone might actually read the archive and find this useful :) Just my 0.02c worth..
