We now have a usage policy in place regarding the Razor2/SpamNet service
(as opposed to the razor-agents software which is distributed under
Artistic License) available at http://razor.sf.net/servicepolicy/
                                                                                       
                                   
Please review it when you get a chance. Most people on this list should
not be effected by the policy, but there are specific restrictions for
those bundling razor-agents in commercial applications.
