We now have a usage policy in place regarding the Razor2/SpamNet service (as opposed to the razor-agents software which is distributed under Artistic License) available at http://razor.sf.net/servicepolicy/
How does this policy apply to use on an ISP's mail server?
It does not appear to be covered by either "personal use" or "embedded software solutions."
