Something's not right with your install then. This is what I get:

razor-check -v
Razor Agents 2.36, protocol version 3

razor-report -v
Razor Agents 2.36, protocol version 3

(I've not heard of razor-discover. razor-admin --discover is the command I'm
aware of)
razor-admin -v
Razor Agents 2.36, protocol version 3
