Doesn't 'spamassassin -r' automatically remove the headers?

Right now, I'm just curious as to why razor-check isn't picking up any
spam ... can someone send me an email that razor-check does work for them?
should the sample-spam.txt taht comes with spamassassin be reported as
spam by razor-check?
