I think you're trying to do something with the system that isn't necessarily intended -- auto-revocation of all legitimate mail regardless of whether or not it needs to be revoked.
Thanks, Jordan, that's ultimately the answer I needed. In other words, only use "revoke" for ham where p > 0 (i.e. the mail item is already known to Razor).
