While your point is well taken, the fact of the matter is that the
documentation for most of these tools SUCKS!  The documentation is fine
when looking at an individual SPAM blocker like Spam Assassin, but when
you start talking about integrating it with Razor or SURBL, its hopeless.

The documentation is barely ever updated, and to my knowledge, there's
nothing like a good, comprehensive, regularly updated FAQ.  What's needed
is a "Spam Central" where people can come and ask questions and look for
answers re integration, setup, usage, etc...

Razor, I think, is one of the best examples of terrible documentation.
I've been using it for over a year, and have pretty much had to figure out
myself how it works.  I'm GUESSING that what I'm doing is correct when I
report a folder full of SPAM, but I'm not sure.
