It is. The protocol is open and the razor-agents client is just a Perl
app.

The docs for razor-agents[1] and Cloudmark's SpamNet[2] cover quite a bit
of detail. See the list archive[3] for messages from Vipul and Jordan
which clarify and give more specific details.


Another app based on Razor's design but fully open is Pyzor[4].
