I've installed Cygwin on my Windows 2003 server to run SpamAssassin 2.63, with Razor-Agents 2.40, Pyzor 0.4.0 and dcc dccproc 1.2.44.
I have mainly followed the instructions from this site: http://www.yourtech.net/documents/cw-sa/ but also used this one: http://www.exit0.us/index.php/SA%20using%20CYGWIN and the newsgroup for the mailserver which I am using, Argosoft MailServer. The installation of everything seemed to go ok in the end, but when it comes to testing SpamAssassin, it skips the Razor check and gives me the following error: razor2 check skipped: Can't locate object method "new" via package "Razor2::Client::Agent" (perhaps you forgot to load "Razor2::Client::Agent"?) at lib/Mail/SpamAssassin/Dns.pm line 392. I'm afraid I am not very clued up on cygwin or unix and I'm afraid I don't really know what this is telling me to do. I would be grateful if someone could tell me if this is likely to be a problem with Razor or whether it is a problem with SpamAssassin or whether it is a problem with Cygwin? Can anyone shed any light on this error message for me, and what I could try to correct it? If you need any more information I'd gladly give it.
