SpamAssassin is like most unix applications, in the way that it uses several
different applications from different sources. I think what bruce meant was
for you to try to get razor working on it's own, without SpamAssassin. I'm
not familiar with Cgywin (or however it's spelled) but, running "razor-admin
-discover -d" in Cygwin should output some meaningful information (along
with a lot of the meaningless sort) At the very least, we'll know better if
it is SA or Razor causing the problem.

        Also, try the razor man pages... Enter "man razor-agents" at the
command prompt.
