Hi Willy, Thanks for your prompt reply and suggestion!  I had not run a discovery in a while so I ran it as follows: razor-admin -home=/etc/mail/spamassassin/.razor -discover However, that didn't fix it.  The GTUBE string still was not identified. It appears that e4 is not running at all.  From my razor log: Jun 13 06:40:55.294084 check[3854]: [ 5] Connecting to c302.cloudmark.com ... If you sent a mail containing only the GTUBE string, the e8 server won't do the query in any case. Strange that there was no response from e4 though ...
