Dave,

One possiblity if you followed that guide is that the identity file is
saved one place and when you run razor-report it's looking in a
different spot.  When you run razor-report are you running it as
yourself?  And if so, are you using any options?

what does "ls -l /etc/mail/spamassassin/.razor" return?
