Two different versions of Outlook on the computer so most likely that is the problem. We all use the 2007 version but this one computer has a newer version along with the old version. Is it Outlook, and is the version of Outlook different on the new computer? I never used mapimail, but I know I have saved all kinds of notes about tweaks you have to make depending on the version of outlook you have. Recently we had to change computers for one of our users. She runs a command file in which the code uses the mapimail4.rbl plugin to send emails to me and others. Since the change over, no auto emails have gone out. She can receive and send emails outside of RBASE. Anyone have a “Blues Clues” for me to check?
