In addition, if MS Outlook is the default mail client, using the latest version and update of R:BASE Plugin Power Pack, you may want to take advantage of two critical parameters as follows: . RESOLVE_NAMES . SuppressOutlookSecurity RESOLVE_NAME: specifies the setting to resolve a message recipient's name (as entered by a user) to an unambiguous address list entry, optionally prompting the user to choose between possible entries, if necessary. (TRUE/FALSE) SuppressOutlookSecurity: specifies if Microsoft Outlook security warning is suppressed. (TRUE/FALSE) That should provide you with some blue's clues!
