Was this a new installation using the full installer of RBGXE, or simply copying and pasting the previous installation from the network or local computer?
Believe it was a new installation -- this is a large corporate client and installations are done by a separate department. I will check. Make sure that you and your client are using the latest public version and update of R:BASE X Enterprise (Version 10), Build: 10.0.2.11227. This is from last week?
