I have 45 of my users running on Remote Desktop using Scratch TMP I assumed all 45 users would be using the same C:\temp directory if I ran it scratch c:\temp. Am I wrong about that?

Yes, all 45 users would be using the same C:\Temp folder.

However ...

If you didn't know already ...

Each new session of R:BASE (either as RDP or RDWeb, WebPortal) creates it's own unique 32-digits
temporary scratch (.$$$) files.

Note: Make sure that "C:\Temp" folder has "full access" rights/privileges for all R:BASE users.

One place to monitor, as well as one place to maintain/clean all scratch files, etc. You never have to dig in user's TMP folder nor search for those .$$$ files. Only one folder C:\Temp.

Initial setup and perfect configuration will save you a lot of time and headache down the road!

See attached ...

Give it a whirl and see what you find.

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak
