Patti, I discovered the same problem. Seems I recall in earlier versions that scroll bars could be turned on and off in the properties menu, but does not exist that I can find in XE. Even more interesting, one form on an application has the scroll bars on it if one drags the sides or top in with the same behavior you described. All the rest of the forms in the application, the scroll bar does not appear at all, no matter how much the sides or pulled in, and I can't find any difference in the form properties settings that would account for it. It would appear that something has changed since 9.5. Fortunately, most of my forms are designed so that I don't need scroll bars. Hopefully Razzak will see this thread, he will surely have the answer!

We have to hold the cursor on the up or down arrows to move the scroll bar any distance. I don't know if it started when we switched to Rbase X or not. I don't actually use the forms I create and I rely on others to tell me when things aren't working correctly. When I'm in forms designer, I can drag the scroll bar just fine. Also works ok in other applications, so I don't believe it has anything to do with our version of Windows. It only seems to be when we're actually entering or editing using the forms.
