Dan - that's kind of where I was going with that. I've always run it on the server - but I was thinking that if the forms were local to the PC and it just had to retrieve data, then it might be faster in those situations where the network speed was less than optimal. But that introduces the issue of making sure the version on the local PC is current, so was thinking ahead of how to control that. Though it doesn't sound like the improvement would be enough to make a difference. I might test it out tomorrow if time allows.
