A few questions and suggestions ...
01. Is this a converted legacy database?
02. Has this form ever worked before with the same "Duplicate Row" function?
03. While in Form Designer, check the Object Properties for each
object, especially the "Default Value" field, which should be in the
"Input Format Mask" field.
04. If you move the value assigned to the "Default Value" field to
the "Input Format Mask" field, the errors will disappear.
