I would further add that I did not meant or implied the training sessions should be free, I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee. Also, I would be interested in a general advanced training session to go over recent/newer features and those that are not necessarily intuitive and where a quick refresher training would help.
Another option would be for us developers to do short Zoom or MS Team meetings to present work we have done using techniques that would be of interest to other developers. Perhaps someone can request a quick refresher on a specific topic and someone with experience in that subject can conduct a quick 1 hour session and we all benefit from it. Essentially all my meeting are now virtual and I will guess it will not change in the near future and more likely will become the de facto way of conducting business. I would love to have a virtual/on-line seminar on the subject. I have been in a couple of day long virtual training seminars and they worked great, no travel expenses or time away from home and with the new restrictions in place, looks like this is how training is going to be dome moving forward and in the foreseeable future.
