Currently I am working in a aquaculture site that produces Black Tiger Prawn's. About 30 million dollars worth a season. It's located at Ayr, North Queensland right on the Great Barrier Reef, so the Government's environmental laws are among the world's toughest. That's the basic background. Apart from they have been running on a few spreadsheets to monitor the progress of the crop. I was horrified to say the least. So, that's what enticed me to take the challenge on, I have always had a personal copy of RBase that I fiddled with on my sea change when we moved to the area. Now the biggest challenge was limited internet and Wi-Fi services on the farm. Enter RBase and RBsynchonize. Some may know I have done a far amount of work with mobile devices years ago but win ce is dead. Mobile windows tablets and android tablets are not.
