Group - I think R:Base will do the trick and is what I would like to use. I am building a database to do the following - User name and acct number Address, etc. Membership status
And here comes the fun part via the web - I need a user entered, and accessible, database with information regarding jobs in various areas of the US (or even the world), including company name, job location, fee charged, work done, support staff, period worked (quarter is fine with year), etc. I have the basic tables done for the data I desire and have been working on forms for user entry AND the ability to search the database overall such as state, city, zip code, and so on. The idea is to have members enter data into a holding area, validate the data, move the cleaned data to a searchable database. And do it all online with pop-ups. Mobile friendly, of course. Am I on the right track using r:base? Any brave souls want to discuss this project and take a crack at it?
