Throwing this out there to anyone who has vainly searched long, complex
lists of watch variables with tired eyes to find that one offending
value.
Some extra work up front, but, the payoff increases with the complexity
of the code.
(1) define families of variable names containing character strings which
form family-specific prefixes. These may be listed within a common SET
VAR block, or spread about your code. Not critical.
(2) define a "divider" variable as the concatenation of the common
prefix and '0' (zero), followed by a line, as follows:
SET VAR +
vhumpty0 TEXT = '---------------------------------------', +
vhumptyID INTEGER = NULL, +
vhumptyCode TEXT = NULL
(3) Within TRACE, alphabetize the Watch Variable list by clicking on the
[Variable Name] header.
