It looks like the "Lance" image is not transparent, which is
overwriting the rounded square.
You could adjust the rounded square and image layers using the right
click "Send to Back" option, to display the rounded square edge.
Ultimately, you will need to use a transparent Lance image, so the
rounded square is on the bottom layer.
