We have a website for our nonprofit which allows visitors to become free members of the organization. Currently the site allows visitors to enter their name and email - and then emails the data to our email address. I then hand enter the data into R:Base and it automatically sends them a thank you email. This is screaming to be automated - and I have R:WEB Gateway for that purpose. What I'm not completely clear on is if I have our hosting company install the gateway app on their end and have it send the data into our database - or create an FTP site on my server and have them ship the data to us in a CSV format where the gateway will pick it up and import it.
