What I didn't read carefully enough was the words "the forms overflow."
RBGSIZE sets the R:Base window. "Resolution Guidelines" in a form give you an image of the total screen size, but you may have to keep your form inside those limits to allow for scroll bars and status bars and tool bars and the like.
