Bernie:
Some people adjust their monitors (incorrectly) so the characters look
larger by changing the horizontal and vertical sizes (via monitor hardware
controls). If your form takes more than 640x480 it will show scroll bars
(side and/or bottom), if it does not show scroll bars, you may try playing
with the vertical and/or horizontal size adjustments on the monitor until
your form is completely displayed.
On a separate note to all users, don't forget to reset Outlook to redirect
from the new list address to your folder.
