Further to Marnie's and Bob's comments, I enjoyed the "Intimate Setting".
How many products are there out there where the users (developers) have a
direct input in the beta version, and get to watch the "technicians" tweak
RB7 on the fly? Kind of like being at the Porche factory and have them make
the sports car of your dreams... although RB7 appears not to be affected by
gravity.

Being able to get a little one-on-one for some of my application specific
issues made the time and cost certainly worth it.
