Gunnar, Steve, et. al.: Using Jim Limburg's steps provided earlier and today, this process gives me automatic full Screen in DOS rbase, on Win98, Win2000 and XP oper.systems on desktops (mixed makes) and Dell laptops running Win2000 and XP. The important thing is to follow EXACTLY the steps in order...
