Well, maybe

I also see that UserID might be another...
I'm not sure what the difference is between UserId and NetUser..
In the docs it says UserId is the Windows login name and
the NetUser is the name logged into the network.
Come to think of it, you can log into Windows with a different
name then your network ID so this does make some since..

Typing and thinking... maybe I sould try thinking and typing..

RBWIN 6.5++

On Windows NT, we have some folks who enter work request from their process
control station PC's. In order to make this as fast as possible, I want to
take them directly to the Work Request menu with no login.
With CVAL we can pick up the Computer, Name, NetUser, UserID, etc. I was
using Computer, but that is just the station, so I guess I need to use
UserID (NT login ID?) and then match it against my list of valid users. (???)

Also, these stations have no printer, but I couldn't find how to disable it
in RBase to avoid getting a "No printer" error message.

TIA,

Dennis
