Using The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++), you can use the
"Take a Snapshot" option to capture screen shots.

Utilities > Take a snap shot and the paste (Ctrl+V) in any document.

OR

You can simply use "PrtSc" key to capture the screen shot and
then use any Word Processor to Paste (Ctrl+V) in your user manual.

I personally, use Paint Shop Pro to capture all screen shots and then
save as BMP, GIF or PNG for all my user and training manuals!
