Frank, Using The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++), you can use the "Take a Snapshot" option to capture screen shots. Utilities > Take a snap shot and the paste (Ctrl+V) in any document. OR You can simply use "PrtSc" key to capture the screen shot and then use any Word Processor to Paste (Ctrl+V) in your user manual. I personally, use Paint Shop Pro to capture all screen shots and then save as BMP, GIF or PNG for all my user and training manuals! Hope that helps! Very Best Regards, Razzak.
